1. Shipping Coverage
Dwell Mart facilitates domestic and international shipping through third-party logistics and courier partners. Shipping availability, methods, and charges may vary depending on product category, seller location, and destination country.
2. Processing Time
- B2C Orders: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- B2B Orders: Processing timelines depend on order size, manufacturing schedules, and agreed contractual terms.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines displayed on the Platform are estimated only and may vary due to:
- Customs clearance
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Regulatory inspections
Dwell Mart does not guarantee delivery dates unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
- Product weight and dimensions
- Delivery location
- Shipping method selected
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
5. International Shipping
For international shipments, buyers must ensure compliance with local import laws and regulations. Delays caused by customs or regulatory authorities are beyond the control of Dwell Mart.
6. Risk of Loss & Title
- B2C Orders: Risk transfers to the buyer upon successful delivery.
- B2B Orders: Risk transfers upon handover of goods to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Delivery Issues
If an order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, buyers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date. Supporting evidence such as photographs may be required.
8. Failed or Returned Deliveries
Deliveries may be returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or unavailability of the recipient. Additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply.
9. Partial Shipments
In certain cases, orders may be delivered in multiple shipments to ensure faster fulfillment. Buyers will be notified accordingly.
