Dwell Mart (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent return and exchange process for buyers and sellers using our Platform. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and exchanges may be accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
B2C Orders
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
B2B Orders
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or non-conforming products and must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Bulk or custom-manufactured orders are generally non-returnable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Digital goods or downloadable items
- Services once delivered
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- In case of price difference, buyers must pay the difference or receive a partial refund accordingly.
- Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.
4. Return Request Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Submit a request through your Dwell Mart account dashboard
- Provide order details and supporting evidence (images/videos if required)
- Await approval from the seller and Dwell Mart support team
Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to seller error, defect, or damage, return shipping costs may be covered by the seller.
- For all other reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Inspection & Approval
Returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt. Approval of return or exchange is at the discretion of the seller and Dwell Mart support team.
7. Refunds for Returned Items
Approved refunds will be processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refund timelines may vary based on payment method and bank processing.
8. Failed or Rejected Returns
If a returned product does not meet eligibility conditions, it may be rejected and returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Dwell Mart reserves the right to modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon publication on the Platform.
